Ordering online may come with various questions.  We definitely understand.  Here is where a lot of your questions can get answered. ORDERING:

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We also accept PayPal.

SHIPPING:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It is our goal to get your Statement Pieces to you as soon as possible.  We try to keep inventory on hand to be able to ship your merchandise however as we continue to create Statement Pieces it's hard for us as a small business to keep every color, every size and every style. Thus, some of your pieces are made custom, after you order it, so please give is 10-14 days to ship your pieces! We promise we will work hard to get it to you sooner.

We ship most packages priority mail, via the United States postal service with tracking information. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information shortly thereafter, via email. 

What shipping method do you use? Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you offer package tracking? Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost? We understand that shipping costs can sometimes be a deterrent to purchasing so we like to keep it simple. We charge a flat rate for any purchase up to $75. After that, shipping is FREE!

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. Contact us directly for more information.

CARE:

What shirt brand do you print on? Making Statement custom tees are printed on premium high quality 100% cotton tees including, Bella + Canvas & Next Level brands depending on the style of the shirt. One of the most consistent compliments we get on our product is, "The tshirt is so soft." Here at MS, we hate a hard, crunchy tee.😀 If you get a different brand, it's only because our distributor is sold out of our standard brands.

Men vs Women Tees and Sizing

Women shirts are FITTED cut. The run at least a size smaller than the size you probably wear. So we recommend that you go up a size when purchasing a fitted tee. If you want a looser fit, purchase our standard unisex tee, but you may want to go down a size. I know, I know, it's a little confusing but so is life. 🤷🏾‍♀️ The more shirts you buy from us, the more comfortable you will be choosing your size.

Unisex shirts are specifically designed for men. They are true to size for a man. As mentioned above, a lot of women wear unisex tees. They just reduce the size by one size.  There are very few shirts that fit both men and women (unless specifically indicated.

Most tees range in size from Small - 3XLarge. Please see our sizing chart for more details and suggestions for fit. We strive to accommodate all sizes, particularly plus sizes.  If there is a special size that you need and don't see it listed, please email us and we will try to accommodate your needs; there may be an additional fee associated.  

Will the designs fade? Before we started this business for the public, we create tees for ourselves and family members years ago and we all are still wearing those tees, years later. So, will designs fade? Maybe, because life happens, but believe me you would have gotten your monies worth when it does. 

• Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
• Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
